Sarah Kirkpatrick was first introduced to Pilates at the age of 15 when seeking rehabilitation from a dance injury. The relief she experienced from Pilates allowed her to continue her rigorous training. It also sparked her interest which led her to eventually enroll in Master Teacher Dianne Miller’s Pilates Teacher Training Program.

Upon graduating from the School of Toronto Dance Theatre’s Professional Training Program in 2004, Sarah started working at Mitrea Pilates Center of Toronto as Office Manager.

In 2006 Sarah completed level I of the Pilates Teacher Training Program and was ready to join the teaching team at MPCT. She has also attended both the ELDOA and Myofascial Stretching courses, created by Guy Voyer DO.

Sarah’s own personal journey and her strong belief in the capacity of healing and recovery of the human body are reflected in her teaching and contribute to the physical experience of the clients.

Sarah is excited to be a part of the MPCT and is looking forward to her continuing education in Pilates and related techniques.
