At
Mitrea Pilates Center of Toronto, we believe that the quality of movement
is essential to good training. Correctly learned and executed, the exercise
sequences within the method introduce the Pilates principles into habitual
movement patterns or existing physical training. We encourage our clients
to see their Pilates training as a constant learning experience. The enhanced
body awareness and the continuous application of the principles
will reinforce structural integrity of the muscular and skeletal systems.
This will lead to a stronger, more flexible body which is less prone to
injury. |
